Welcome to Energising Workouts with Yasmin.


All 5 sessions will be based around HIIT workouts. We’ll be working with beginner to advanced movements, starting with a beginner session and getting progressively more advanced.


If you want to skip ahead then feel free to go ahead, but we recommend working through all 5 sessions even if you are a regular gym goer.


You won’t need any equipment, but if you have a hard floor you may want a fitness/yoga mat or a pillow to protect your knees in some of the movements.
