Welcome to How to Unwind with Maddie.

A series of breath-works, grounding techniques, and meditations to help you unwind. These are perfect if you need to relax, recentre, or rebalance. Perhaps you’ve had a long day at work or maybe you’ve just put the kids to bed and are in need of some time for yourself.

 

The sessions are designed for all levels, so please don’t worry if you haven’t had any experience with meditation prior to now.
