Maddie will guide you on a journey to discover how you can use your breath as a powerful tool to ground yourself and find a deep connection within your own body, mind, and soul.


Maddie’s favourite place is the sea! You can usually find her their all year round, surfing, wild swimming, exploring, or song writing in a dune with her guitar.
