Our experienced meditation leaders will guide you through carefully thought-out sessions to help you ground, reconnect, and grow.
Each meditation is 10-15 minutes, so you can slot a single session into your busy schedule or combine sessions to suit your mood.
A basic breath awareness meditation. Throughout this session we’re going to focus on finding simple awareness of our breath to help us feel present and grounded in our space at the same time as helping to relieve any stress and anxiety you may be feeling.
You don’t need anything for this session, but you may like to have a cushion to sit on and a blanket to keep you cosy.
