Welcome to Mediation For Beginners with Saskia.
'I often teach meditation either within a yoga class or as a completely separate class. It is something that I have incorporated into my own personal life and I have found to be hugely beneficial to both my physical and mental health.
In these 5 sessions we will be doing 5 meditation practices together that are for anyone and everyone, so it really doesn’t matter whether you have done some meditation before or you’ve never tried it – it’s all good.
