Session 1.

Welcome to day 1 of After Work Yoga. In this class you might need a yoga block. If you don’t have one, don’t worry too much – you can use a big book or a pillow.

Session 2.

With James

Welcome to the 2nd session in After Work Yoga. Today you’re going to need a rolled-up 2nd yoga mat. Don’t worry too much if you don’t have one – you can use a pillow, a draft excluder or something similar. You might also want to use a yoga block, but use can use a big book or a cushion if you don’t have one.

The poses in these videos are going to be held for a little longer than normal, and we’re going to focus more on mindfulness aspects and breathing.



Session 3.

With James

Welcome back to day 3 of After Work Yoga. You won’t need any props for this session and we’re going to be slowing things down a bit, bridging that transition from work into your leisure time.
