Welcome to class 3 in Weights and Resistance. Today we are going to be focusing on the chest area.

Yasmin will use dumbbells in this video, but if you don’t have any you can use full bottles of water, heavy books, or baked bean cans – anything that will add a bit of weight.

We will go through 5 different movements, with some tips and knowledge to ensure you know exactly how to perform each of the movements correctly.
