Welcome back to class 4 in Weights and Resistance. Today we are going to be focusing on your core.

As with the other classes, we will go through 5 movements together, with some tips and knowledge to ensure you know exactly how to perform each of the movements correctly.

Yasmin will be using a kettlebell in this session, but if you don’t have one you can use a bottle of water, a baked bean can or a backpack with something heavy zipped inside.
