Welcome to the final class in Weights and Resistance. Today we are going to be focusing on your back area.
As with the other classes, we will go through 5 movements together, with some tips and knowledge to ensure you know exactly how to perform each of the movements correctly.
Yasmin will use a resistance band in this video, but you can use dumbbells, bottles of water, baked bean cans, or anything that will add a bit of weight.
All 5 sessions will be based around HIIT workouts. We’ll be working with beginner to advanced movements, starting with a beginner session.
