Meet Saskia, a qualified yoga teacher with over 400 hours training. She has a passion for making yoga accessible to anyone and everyone, helping people to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Saskia’s classes range from upbeat and energising to relaxing and restorative, guiding you through postures concentrating on alignment, fluidity and finding space within the body.
Saskia is currently training to be a counsellor! Psychology, mental health and wellbeing have always fascinated her; she truly believes it is her ‘Dharma’ (purpose) to provide a safe space for people to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. It is Saskia’s dream to have her own therapy practice / yoga studio one day!
