All classes are designed and lead by our qualified Yoga teachers and cater for people of all Yoga abilities - whether you’re a keen yogi or just getting started.
Each session is 10-15 minutes, so you can slot a single class into your busy schedule or combine classes to suit your mood.
Welcome to the 1st class in our Yoga For Beginners series. We’ll be lying down for all of this practice.
You don’t need anything, but you might benefit from having either a yoga strap, a belt or a long sock. You might also want a cushion to pop underneath your head, but it’s not necessary so don’t stress if you don’t have either of those things.
